UK Remote (Potential US Hours)
You will be responsible for executing B2B delegate sales campaigns for your assigned events. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently to meet targets and ensure a positive customer experience. We seek an ambitious, sociable individual eager to grow within a vibrant, entrepreneurial team working on US portfolios.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND CORE ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE
Required Deliverables in the Role
* Analyzing the target delegate landscape through market research, stakeholder relationship understanding, market segmentation, industry trend monitoring, and competitive event analysis.
* Staying updated with industry publications relevant to your conferences to identify trends and develop new opportunities.
* Collaborating with the marketing team and utilizing database resources to select and target prospective delegate organizations, including building and refining target lists based on campaign performance.
* Attending conferences when relevant to secure commitments from current delegates and companies for future events.
Skills Required
* Experience in B2B sales
* Experience with databases in mass and targeted sales campaigns
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
