Pay £12.65ph, £25.30ph on bank holidays
Rota 37 hours per week (Includes weekends and Bank Holidays)

MUST HOLD FULL UK MANUAL CAR LICENCE & DBS
Able to walk up to 10 miles per day?

Our client is seeking an ENFORCEMENT OFFICER to join them on a temporary on-going basis.
You will play a key role in maintaining public order and safety across Swanage Town Council’s facilities. This includes monitoring parking compliance, patrolling public spaces, enforcing local regulations, and supporting the safe operation of council-owned areas. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions, rota includes weekends and public holidays.
1. Monitor car parks and issue excess charge notices for violations
2. Inspect and maintain ticket machines; report faults
3. Patrol council-owned areas (e.g., parks, beach, recreation grounds) to enforce local
4. regulations
5. Provide public advice and ensure compliance with dog control orders
6. Open/close overflow car parks and secure council facilities
7. Conduct health and safety checks on public areas and flotation aids
8. Support emergency access and manage safety during events
9. Report incidents and liaise with police when required
10. Remove dog waste when necessary (PPE provided)
11. Follow council policies and undertake training as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must hold:

13. Full UK manual driving licence (Essential)
14. DBS check required (Essential)
15. Passport or Birth Certificate with National Insurance Number Proof
