We are working with a growing organisation operating within a regulated services environment, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Customer & Data Operations team. This is a varied role that combines customer interaction, data analysis and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working directly with clients. Full technical training will be provided. The Role You will play a key part in supporting customers while ensuring operational data is processed, validated and analysed accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Speaking with domestic and commercial customers regarding account queries Resolving billing-related issues and investigating discrepancies Managing technical queries relating to metering and usage data Liaising with third-party partners to resolve outstanding matters Extracting, manipulating and validating data Running reports and interpreting operational data flows Identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for process improvement Applying analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve underlying issues This is a role suited to someone comfortable balancing communication and analytical responsibilities. About You We are looking for someone who is: IT literate, with strong Excel and database skills Analytical and methodical, with strong problem-solving ability Confident speaking with customers over the phone Detail-oriented and organised Quick to learn and adaptable Motivated, resilient and proactive Previous experience within a regulated or utilities-based environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
