Victrex is searching for an experienced Demand Manager dedicated to advancing our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable material solutions within the medical device sector. This opportunity offers a chance to work within a dynamic team, focusing on strategic planning and market analysis to enhance the availability and supply of our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute demand management strategies to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and marketing to align on demand forecasts and inventory planning.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to predict demand accurately and plan accordingly.
* Utilise data-driven insights to improve demand forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support growth initiatives and service excellence.
* Lead projects aimed at streamlining demand planning processes and systems for increased effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven track record in demand management or supply chain planning roles within the manufacturing or medical device sectors.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting and statistical analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market changes and adjust demand plans accordingly.
