We are recruiting for a passionate Business Development/Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a unique pharmaceutical service provider to join their Sales & Marketing team and develop their UK markets sales. Your main purpose is to drive the acquisition of new business and manage commercial relationships with existing clients to meet commercial growth targets for the UK region.
You will be an inspired self-starter with a clear ability to drive sales growth, build rapport with clients and close sales.
Your role:
* Develop sales strategies for own territory in conjunction with Commercial Director and the team.
* Research prospects and generate leads.
* Engage actively with clients to identify new opportunities.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through dedicated campaigns, networking, and social media.
* Prepare and send quotes and proposal leveraging solution selling techniques.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from clients.
* Meet sales targets.
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, or trade associations.
* Comply with sales process and maintain CRM database.
* Closely collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality/timeline/profit targets are actively managed during both sales and delivery cycles.
Experience & Knowledge:
• BSc in Marketing, Business, or technical field
• 5 Year + experience in a Sales Executive position in B2B business services
• Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical Sector
• Commercial awareness and worldly minded
• Practical experience of using solution selling techniques
• Proficiency in English

• Understanding the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain
• Understanding the Pharmaceutical Drug Approval Process
• Understanding the Pharmaceutical Quality Compliance and Auditing Process
