Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of your duties. You will be in a client-facing role and will be required to provide a 5-star customer experience in a building with multiple private medical clinics, located in Harley Street, London.
This role is based in a prestigious character building and involves daily inspections of the site communal areas to check for and report on any maintenance concerns.
The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their role and enjoys working in a fast-paced front of house environment.
You will have excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in a busy reception or medical/spa reception setting.
This is a full-time, permanent position
* Working hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, 45 hrs per week.
* Salary - £32,000.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced ground floor reception desk in a building with multiple private medical clinics.
* Being the initial point of contact for general requests & complaints from tenants & patients.
* Providing a warm and courteous welcome to all practitioners, patients, and visitors.
* Overseeing incoming/outgoing mail.
* Reporting any on-site issues & requesting work orders when necessary.
You Will Have
* Experience working as a receptionist in a busy medical/spa environment.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
* The enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment where you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
