You will handle high-risk strategy meetings with other sub-team leaders and support the team manager in managing referrals and authorizing social worker assessments. The role involves close collaboration with MASH partner agencies and participation in service development and task force groups. You will also play a vital part in promoting meaningful relationships with partner agencies. The role requires being office-based on a rota system and ensuring children and young people are safeguarded efficiently and effectively.
