Job Title - Senior Support Worker Location -53A Ipstones Avenue, Stetchford, Birmingham, B33 9DZ Salary -£12.44 Contract type - Permanent Working hours - 35hrs About the role Build relationships with customers we support, which are open and two ways, and approached in an holistic manner. Support customers to undertake their daily routines and appointments, shopping Establish methods of communication with customers, reducing barriers when necessary Accurately report and/or record work activities Support with activities of daily living where required Support to budget finances where required Ipstone Avenue provides care and support for up to 5 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
