The role will involve carrying out maintenance, repair, and general building services works across commercial properties in London and the surrounding Home Counties. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Building Services Engineer role. Strong mechanical background preferred; however, applications from electrically biased engineers with good mechanical knowledge will be considered. F-Gas certification desirable but not essential. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial buildings.
