Experience in contract management and delivering priorities in a complex, dynamic environment with a flexible team-oriented approach. Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems equipment and control methods (desirable). Experience with IT architecture and data systems (desirable). Background in systems configuration management and systems transition/change programmes (desirable). Responsibilities: Analyse and document the configuration of existing systems, particularly in relation to Variable Message Signage. Develop processes and tools for managing systems configuration data. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, maintaining credible relationships and providing high-level advice and support. Assist in the transition of existing configurations into new systems, contributing to the broader systems transformation project. Support the ongoing management of the supply chain in delivering the Traffic Scotland System and associated services.
