About the Role

Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator. Receive booking details for up to 250‑cover weddings, reception meetings for 6–100 guests, and other corporate events. Act as the first point of contact, shaping guests’ experience before they arrive, coordinating with event teams, and ensuring every detail meets Hotel du Vin’s standards. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but confidence and a friendly smile are a must.

We encourage internal progression – this role could be a stepping stone to an Operations Manager position.
