Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
The Role
As an Assistant StoreManager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
* Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
* Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
* Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
* Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
