We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join our growing logistics team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customer sites and distribution centres across the UK, ensuring high standards of professionalism and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently
*
Carry out trunking, depot-to-depot, and/or store deliveries as required
*
Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time
*
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly
*
Secure loads correctly and comply with weight and safety regulations
*
Complete all necessary paperwork and digital records accurately
*
Adhere to tachograph, Working Time Directive, and driver hours regulations
*
Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and sites
*
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles
Requirements
*
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
*
Driver CPC qualification
*
Digital tachograph card
*
Good knowledge of UK road networks
*
Strong understanding of transport compliance and safety standards
*
Ability to work flexible shifts
*
Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
