Customer Care Assistant Role
As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of our restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, attending to specific customer needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You should establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements
We operate in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. We’re looking for someone with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
To comply with UK working time regulations, applicants must be over 18 and available to work between midnight and 6 am. During these hours, a premium rate of an additional £1.50 per hour is paid on top of the advertised rates.
No previous experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training through our restaurant training teams.
