7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for implementation.
9. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
10. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Cost Accountant should have:
11. A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
12. Proven experience in cost accounting within the FMCG industry.
13. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
15. The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
