The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

Description
This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, which are all specialist areas requiring dedicated contact points within the team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role demands a high level of competency in project management and multitasking, with each project having its own deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams are essential to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Regular updates to the Commercial/Project Managers, Image Team Leaders, and Head of Art are also required.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area and oversee the delivery of all image assets
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
* Acquire thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, monitoring job status daily
* Keep team members updated on project statuses
* Support and motivate team members during peak times
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery
* Act as the communication bridge between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
* Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins
* Process invoices promptly and accurately
Skills
This position requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn the team’s software tools to improve efficiency and confidence. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
