We specialis4e in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational:Conduct site surveys in preparation for jobs coming to locationCompile risk assessments and method statements for future and current jobsOrder materials and transport for site jobs (chase up orders etc.)Carry out VA and pump testingAssist on site jobs as and when requiredAssist in the workshop when no projects currently assignedDevelop test proceduresDelivery of expected work quality for customersDelivery of project in line with expected time schedulesStrip and inspection procedures and reportsInput into site visit reports working alongside the project engineerAttend breakdown work on client sitesUndertake routine service work on client sites where appropriateLiaise with client to provide quality customer serviceAcquisition of “job completion notes”Collection and processing of team's hours/mileagePromote a positive Deritend imageProvide first line support to your team for any queries, problems, and questionsOrganise and supervise all site jobs day to dayProblem solving and decision making on situations that may arise within the teamDelivery of work within the Deritend systems and proceduresAdhere and uphold client site rules and policy when on site.Health & SafetyEnsure that all company H&S policies and procedures are followed to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleaguesPromote a culture of working safely as routine.Key Skills / QualificationsEngineering apprenticeship completedDegree, higher education or equivalentTPBN1_UKTJ
