About the role
We're looking for an EMEA Marketing Lead to be our marketing anchor in Europe — keeping our regional strategy and execution running at pace while working closely with our Global Head of Marketing based in the US.
This isn't a purely regional role. You'll support our global marketing strategy as well as owning EMEA execution, which means you'll need to think broadly, move fast, and be comfortable operating with autonomy.
You'll be hands-on across enterprise account-based marketing, regional campaigns, events, and partner programmes, working in close partnership with sales to drive pipeline and deal acceleration.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the marketing counterpart to enterprise sales leaders — aligning on target accounts and developing account-specific messaging frameworks, playbooks, and field activities to support deal acceleration and pipeline creation. Work closely with the SDR team to ensure marketing activity translates into well-targeted, well-timed outreach.
* Partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and product leaders to refine overall value proposition, target segments, ICPs, and core GTM messaging.
* Coordinate in-region team to deliver integrated campaign delivery across content, events, digital and partner channels.
* Localise global campaigns for EMEA markets, adapting messaging and tactics where necessary whilst feeding regional insights back into global marketing planning and help shape campaigns that reflect EMEA market realities.
* Provide regular updates and insights to sales, leadership, and the global marketing team.
* Represent the brand at events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
* Develop joint marketing programmes with strategic partners in EMEA.
* Work with our events manager to develop and deliver commercially focused regional events and customer experiences.
* Own ABM pipeline KPIs working alongside the Digital Lead who manages paid execution and reporting.
About You
Essential
* 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise buyers, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software
* Proven experience designing and running ABM programmes, including direct partnership with senior sales leaders on account strategy, and campaign execution
* Strong understanding of complex B2B buying cycles
* Experience in compliance, risk management, legal technology, or adjacent markets strongly preferred
* Demonstrated success developing go-to-market strategies for complex technology solutions
* Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company that achieved significant scale preferred
