Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Facilities Assistant provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. Known at Anabas as a Floor Captain, you will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience. A high standard of service delivery is expected and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. Basic skills in plumbing an lighting are desirable but not essential, training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively. Duties Include: Support the Facilities Manager in coordinating and maintaining all regulatory, legal H&S and environmental documentation requirements. Day to day operating of the Premises security system ensuring that employee security card status is maintained in line with the landlord system. Setting up new employee security cards including photographs and access level settings are correct. Manage new joiner process requirements to include the facilities checklist and H&S induction training. Assist in H&S and environmental inspections and assessments compiling reports, data and analysis where required. Support the Facilities Manager with the planning and maintenance of records, project plans, work streams and action lists to enable a best in class service to be delivered, Support the management of external supplier relationships, managing contracts and service standards as necessary. Manage and coordinate the Services helpdesk ensuring that response times, SLAs and KPIs are maintained. Support the development and administration of a Services manual. Support and coordinate the H&S calendar. Process Services purchase orders, record and process invoice details prior to authorisation. Assist with the day to day running of the Services delivery ensuring standards remain consistently high at all times.
