EYFS Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Gloucester

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children in an EYFS setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
Strong organisational and observation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A nurturing and proactive approach to child development
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher with EYFS curriculum delivery
Assisting with phonics, play-based learning, and early literacy/numeracy
Creating a positive and inclusive environment for young learners
Monitoring and encouraging developmental milestones
Managing behaviour and routines in line with school policies
Working collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil progress
