What we’re looking for
5. Proven leadership experience within multi-drop B2C delivery operations
6. Strong organisational and planning skills
7. CPC holder preferred,
8. Ability to motivate teams and deliver excellent customer satisfaction
9. Experience managing transport compliance and operational KPIs
Your key responsibilities
10. Lead the delivery team to meet and exceed performance targets
11. Manage daily scheduling and vehicle routing (Paragon system)
12. Champion company values and health & safety policies
13. Build strong relationships with customers and internal team
The start and finish times will be on a rotational basis
Week 1: 0500-14:30
Week 2: 08:00- Last driver per hour
Competitive weekly pay of £565 per week (based on 42 hours) + overtime opportunities
