The Role: Quality Systems Engineer
As Quality Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the company’s quality management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and helping to drive continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining accurate quality documentation, records and reports.
2. Assisting with internal audits, compliance checks and external certification visits.
3. Supporting the integration and ongoing development of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
4. Coordinating corrective actions and supporting root cause analysis for non-conformances.
5. Helping to track and report on quality KPIs such as scrap, rework and customer complaints.
6. Providing essential administrative support to the Quality team and wider business.

7. Previous administration experience (ideally in a quality or compliance environment).
8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
9. Good IT skills with the ability to manage systems and records.
