The marketing team is collaborative, creative, and has a shared drive to make an impact with integrated activities. To confirm, this position can either be based in Chatham or Wolverhampton As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead on the InterBay marketing plan and activation activities, delivering full mix marketing to support B2B/B2C strategies. You will have the unique opportunity to take ownership for the delivery of the InterBay marketing plan, ensuring differentiation from other group brands and competitors and working with multiple channel owners to ensure activities align. You will lead InterBay communications planning and delivery to support both new business and customer retention. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll coordinate product launches and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. You’ll also create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, shape and execute a compelling content strategy with our creative team, manage and report on the InterBay marketing budget, and provide support to the sales team with marketing collateral. THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS Your responsibilities will include… Taking ownership of the marketing runway to ensure all activity supports the objectives of InterBay. Responsible for developing and aligning end to end communications and channel plans to marketing objectives across acquisition and retention for the brand. Being the go-to expert for InterBay, understanding the market, competitors, customer sets, products and the importance of the product mix. Responsible for co-ordinating and supporting activity across the delivery support teams (creative, digital, advertising, broker comms, PR, social and events). Responsible for planning and securing resource to deliver the marketing roadmap for the allocated channels. Being the customer champion for brands customers – be it brokers/borrowers, ensuring a customer focus at all times. Thorough knowledge of brand and tactical communications techniques and associated media is essential. Advanced skills in respect of interpersonal verbal and written communication with the ability to interact with people at all levels in an organisation and lead, influence, challenge and inspire are essential.
