ERP & Application Engineer

Are you passionate about ERP systems and business applications?
Join our IT Service Desk team as an ERP & Application Engineer and play a key role in supporting and improving enterprise applications-particularly ERP -while contributing to broader IT operations and Microsoft 365 support.
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems (ideally SAP but open to other ERP's)
Troubleshoot access, workflow, and data accuracy issues.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on updates and escalations.
Support integrations across accounting, inventory, and CRM.
Deliver clear, friendly user support and training.
Assist with Microsoft 365 tools and general IT tasks.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years in IT support, ERP, or application roles.
ERP Knowledge: SAP experience is ideal (others like Kerridge/K8 or MAM Autoparts welcome).
Technical Skills: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server; PowerShell or SQL scripting is a plus.
Soft Skills: Service-oriented, organised, and great communicator.
