Salary : Up to £55,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior / Project Architect with proven experience in defence / secure environments (and wider public / commercial sectors) who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD (BIM experience desirable).

Office : Nottingham
Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm, with Hybrid working
Duties :
Lead architectural projects (Up to £10m in value) across multiple sectors, including sensitive / secure defence schemes.
Interpret complex client briefs and deliver strategic, compliant design responses.
Act as Lead Consultant, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, external consultants and contractors.
Produce site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications and detailed designs for competitive tender.
Manage tender processes, value engineering, post-tender analysis and recommendations.
Serve as Project Manager / Contract Administrator through delivery : site progress, technical compliance, QA and financial performance.
Requirements :
ARB Registered and Qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience post qualification
Proven experience in defence or other secure, policy-driven environments is beneficial
Ability to secure UK security clearance to SC level is essential
Fully proficient user of Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent design experience from feasibility to technical delivery (Riba Stages 1 – 5)
Comfortable delivering within client-prescribed frameworks, QA systems and sector standards (e.g., MOD / JSP)
Great communication skillset and a supportive and collaborative mentor - supporting BD activity, resource planning, profitability and cross-office teamwork
