Nanny Position Available – Part-Time, 3–4 Days Per Week
We are a warm and happy family based in Whitley Bay, looking for an experienced, passionate, and reliable nanny to join us as I return to work part-time from May. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who truly loves working with young children and wants to become a cherished part of family life.
Position Details
This is a live-out position, 3–4 days per week with days Tuesday-Friday required of all candidate. A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with experience.
About Our Family
We are a thoughtful, close-knit family who take great pride in providing a nurturing and fun environment for our two boys. We are looking for someone who will bring the same warmth and energy into our home.
About the Boys
M. is a bright, sociable, and affectionate little boy who loves sports, cars, buses, and books. He follows a well-structured daily routine that includes one nap and a wonderful variety of enriching activities — sensory play, music, reading, swimming, and football with external groups. He thrives with someone who matches his curiosity and enthusiasm.
F. is our happy, smiley 6-month-old with the most wonderfully calm nature. He is on a well-structured routine with three naps a day and enjoys sensory play and gentle interaction. He’s an absolute joy to be around.
What We’re Looking For
We’re hoping to find someone who is engaging, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about early childhood. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a nanny and be confident and caring for both a baby and a toddler simultaneously, able to follow established routines, and creative in keeping the boys stimulated and happy throughout the day. A warm personality and a love of the outdoors and activities would be a great fit for our family.
