We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR, recruitment, and people management, while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised CIPD qualification.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with employee records, HR administration, and HR systems
* Provide support across employee relations, absence management, and HR queries
* Support HR projects and people-focused initiatives
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation
* Assist with HR reporting and compliance tasks
About You
* Passionate about starting a career in Human Resources / HR
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
