OUR HOTEL
After continuous growth we are currently looking for a Part Time Bar Team Member to join our Food & Beverage Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. The successful applicant for this role will have a positive 'can do' attitude, be passionate about providing an excellent service and show that they care.
Your new role of Part Time Bar Team Member will see you working in the Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA). The 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel on the site of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre hosts Quarter House Bar & Grill, Flight Path, The only Executive Lounge in Aberdeen and Devona Spa & Leisure.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BARTENDER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
1. Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bringing flavours to life with signature recipes.
2. Brew fresh coffee as needed to keep guests energised, and provide exceptional table service.
3. Set up and maintain the bar to meet premium standards, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
4. Record orders swiftly and accurately, keeping the pace while prioritising attention to detail.
5. Keep the bar sparkling clean, from counters and sinks to all tools and storage spaces.
6. Serve food orders with care to guests enjoying the bar, offering a seamless dining experience.
7. Report any equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth and efficient.
8. Proactively restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a fully equipped bar for every shift.
