Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team to cover a Maternity Leave position. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative tasks. This role is important to help ensure the smooth operation of the office through providing administrative support.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is preferred however full training will be given.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Pegasus Opera.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with Pegasus Opera and Mintsoft is an advantage but not mandatory.
