Who we’re looking for
* Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently
* Comfortable running a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Willingness to support and mentor junior team members (Desired)
* STEP qualified or keen to work towards STEP (Desired)
* Professional, approachable and collaborative in style
What you’ll be doing
* Managing your own caseload of Wills and Probate work autonomously
* Advising clients with clarity, care and professionalism
* Supporting more junior members of the team alongside the Head of Department
* Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
* Contributing to the continued development of the private client offering
