About the Role
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth through excellent customer relationships and proactive sales activity.
Your day will involve:
Handling inbound sales enquiries and following up on warm leads
Producing accurate quotes and processing orders efficiently
Building strong relationships with contractors, merchants, and engineering clients
Using CRM systems to track opportunities and manage accounts
Collaborating with field sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer service
Identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to team targets
