- £34,000 depending on experience Location: Nr Mui Summary: Our client is looking to appoint anAccountsAssistant, on a full time permanent basis to be based near Muir of Ord.
This is an excellent career opportunity in a varied and interesting role within a small and supportive team.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, duties include: Providing comprehensiveaccounts support to the team including processing and reconciling the purchase ledger.
Matching and inputting invoices for payment, dealing with any discrepancies and enquiries from suppliers.
Matching goods received notes on the system.
Cashbook reconciliations.
Assisting with budgeting.
Bank reconciliations.
Managing petty cash and expenses.
CIS Administration.
Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
General project accounts duties in support of the team.
Person specification: Strong accounts/bookkeeping skills.
Previous experience in a similaraccounts role preferred.
Experience of CIS administration preferred but not essential.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including MS Office and financial software systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
