We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Hard FM team based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will provide leadership, support, and expertise to deliver the contractual requirements of PFI facilities at Neath Port Talbot Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, where you will have access to training and progression opportunities.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Plan and prioritize workload to achieve service delivery.
2. Ensure all work is completed to Health & Safety standards and compliance.
3. Liaise with Maintenance and Contract Managers to ensure all contract conditions are met and that labor, materials, plant, and equipment are used efficiently within budgets.
4. Manage and monitor site activities and the physical progress of work for timely delivery, safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities.
5. Ensure the satisfactory completion of all projects within deadlines.
6. Manage and review reports, attend meetings, and assess workloads accurately.
7. Monitor helpdesk jobs to ensure proper logging and timely completion.
What are we looking for?
This role of Electrical Supervisor is ideal if you have:
* Experience across various maintenance aspects.
* Practical experience, ideally within a PFI or healthcare setting.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and good computer literacy.
* HV Authorised Person / switching experience (beneficial).
* Knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
* Recognized apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent training and relevant qualifications.
* A Full UK Driver's License.
