Job Title: FLT Counterbalance / Warehouse Operative (Days)
Location: Wythenshawe
Hours: Monday to Friday - various start time avaliable 6am, 7am, 11am, 1pm or 2pm (8hr shifts)
Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operation, with approximately 70% of the role involving forklift truck (FLT) counterbalance duties and 30% focused on general warehouse tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Load and unload goods with accuracy and care
* Assist in stock movement, picking, and packing when required
* Conduct routine checks on FLT equipment and report any issues
* Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets
Candidate Requirements:
* A valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
* Minimum of one year's experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy paced warehouse environment
* Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
