Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst to join our team at a Harrogate-based Managed Service Provider. This role is integral to providing high-quality technical support, supplier management, monitoring, and customer communication. As part of a dynamic team operating within a 24/7 shift environment, and be responsible for monitoring and managing faults through to resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity for career progression, with full training provided to enhance your technical skills across a range of networking and telecommunication technologies. The role involves a hybrid work model, with one shift on-site in Harrogate and the remainder working from your home office. The starting salary is £27,500 with an increase to £30,000 following a successful probation period.
Please note there are two positions available:
1. Day Shift - Standard office working hours
2. Shift pattern will be structured as follows: 2 x day shifts – 7am to 7pm, 2 x night shifts, 7pm to 7am, 4 days off
