Responsibilities
* Support clients with wealth management needs and financial planning services.
* Participate in initial and ongoing training to develop client relationship management, product knowledge, market development, and communication skills.
* Engage in local and national development programs and joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience.
* Assist in navigating FINRA registration requirements and state licensing needs as part of a sponsored program.
Qualifications
* Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
* Willingness to engage in ongoing education and career development.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Training and Development
We sponsor your pursuit of licensing requirements and provide an entry-level training curriculum to empower you with skills for success, including client relationship management, product knowledge, market development, role play, and access to remote-work technology solutions. You will upskill through local and national development programs and joint-work opportunities.
