Responsibilities
* Preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as FAIRs, Control Plans, and ISIRs.
* Supporting concern management through 8D investigations and corrective actions.
* Liaising with Production to ensure in-house manufacture meets engineering standards.
* Using manual measurement tools to complete FAIR's.
* Maintaining gauge calibration and control systems.
* Supporting NPI and process validation using quality tools and GD&T principles.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Quality Engineer within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of 8D, FAIRs/PPAPs and GD&T.
* Skilled in manual measurement, inspection reporting, and root cause analysis.
* Conversant with using the full Microsoft package and happy with documentation duties.
