As our Training & Resources Coordinator, you'll lead the delivery of our training and resource strategy by shaping learning experiences, overseeing key suppliers and systems, and ensuring our clubs and teams are fully equipped to succeed. From coordinating engaging training journeys to managing, you'll make sure we're always one step ahead. You'll oversee our warehouse and supply partnerships, build strong supplier relationships, and line manage an administrator who'll support with the detail. You'll also work closely with our Training Partners to roll out face-to-face sessions that empower our people and strengthen our culture. A day of play COORDINATE & DELIVER Own and lead coordinate all internal training activities. From must-have compliance to creative, confidence-boosting learning experiences, you'll be shaping the training journey Build, shape and maintain training materials and sessions that are clear, helpful, and easy to access Coordinate training events from pre-event planning to delivery Communicate with learners across platforms from reminders and updates to post-training follow-ups Liaise with team members, venues, schools, and external providers to ensure training is booked, planned, and delivered smoothly Provide proactive support to settings and internal teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional childcare. ORGANISE & MANAGE SYSTEMS Oversee the training function, from coordinating smooth running of inboxes, calendars, spreadsheets, and all essential tasks that keep things on track Be the superuser to our learning platforms, including setting up courses, update users, monitor progress, and send regular reports Oversee up-to-date training records and conduct regular auditing to always keep us compliant Be the go-to person for troubleshooting learner issues, specific training queries, and support system users as our resident training tech whiz Oversee internal IT equipment, including setup, circulation, and tracking through asset management systems Manage the approval of setting resource orders, ensuring they align with budgets and operational needs Maintain tight control of all business resources, continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs SUPPORT SETTINGS & RESOURCES Coordinate resources delivery for new setting launches and acquisitions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Support closures with equipment return, repurposing, or disposal through our external warehouse provider Manage the relationship with our warehouse partner, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, smooth daily operations, and punctual delivery services Oversee procurement of resources from a wide range of external suppliers, with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness Negotiate pricing and service levels with suppliers, using the scale of our business to drive improvements Lead effective tendering processes where appropriate to secure best-value suppliers and services IMPROVE & SUPPORT Look for smarter, simpler ways to do things - we are open to great ideas and change Help shape and review content, support in designing new training materials, and share feedback that keeps things fresh and compliant Work closely with the training team to ensure our JAG teams benefit from well-coordination and regular training and resources Be ready to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and support with projects or ad-hoc tasks Flexibility and a can-do attitude will take you far in this fast-moving, always-evolving role For your new adventure You're equipped with at least two years' expertise in coordination, admin, training, or L&D support ideally within the childcare sector You're confident leading people, managing suppliers, and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
