Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
* Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion to ensure high-quality delivery
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Support and mentor senior managers and audit teams
* Contribute to the firm’s growth through business development activities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Extensive experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
* Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and drive business growth
