Customer Service Coordinator (Evening & Weekend) Salary: Negotiable Location: Theale, West Berkshire Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent based in Theale. Please note, this is an evening and weekend position working Sunday to Thursday 12noon to 8pm. These roles could become home based after training and home based at weekends. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound telephone calls promptly. * Proactively resolving customer enquiries. * Producing quotations and estimates. * Processing purchase orders. * Coordinating email traffic within shared inboxes.
