Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 with sleep-in shifts
Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 with sleep-in shifts

Now, we’re looking for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team in our residential homes!
Your Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, working directly with young people facing challenging behaviors. We’re looking for individuals who are:

This permanent role offers excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week on a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
Essential Skills
* Full manual driving licence
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player
* Capability to maintain clear, neat records
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
