As the new Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care, fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
* You will need strong leadership experience in a similar role within the care sector, a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and a confident, compassionate leadership style that thrives in a collaborative environment. You should also have a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance as a Registered Manager.
