We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager in our SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution / Customer Service team. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.

What your days will look like
* Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Manager Level or Director Level
* Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements
* Being actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
* Assisting in developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
* Contributing to managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
* Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
This role is for you if
* You have extensive experience in SAP ECC or S4/HANA in the following areas SD, OTC, or FI
* You have expert knowledge of 2-3 functional areas of SAP S4/HANA/ECC OTC
* You have experience of multiple end to end implementations in SAP ECC SD / OTC or FI and/or S4/HANA Finance projects with a clear understanding of the project lifecycle
* Experience in process design and process improvement
* Team Lead experience of managing between 3-8 people
* Previous consulting and pre sales experience is an advantage
* An accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential
* You are excellent at building relationships and stakeholder management
