Job Description:
Answering phones and directingcallers to the appropriate program area.
Ability to use a computer email system and have knowledge ofgeneral office equipment.
Keep a call log to track thenumber of calls received and what program area they are receivedfor.
Prepare a monthly report of all callsand walk ins and provide to Supervisor no later than the 3rd ofeach month.
Send a weekly call list toSupervisor documenting the number of calls received
Complete ACCESS Interview spreadsheet and email toappropriate recipients twice daily at 12:00 pm and 4:30pm
Prepare FedEx envelope for mail beingsent to Tallahassee
Create new employee IDsand ensure they are mailed timely
Receiveall packages from FedEx UPS Office Depot Staples and any othercarrier. Determine who they belong to email the person to notifythat the package has been received and is available in Suite1129.
Assist with employees receiving paperpaychecks on a biweekly basis. Ensure they are kept secured andonly provided to the employee or identifiedrepresentative
Complete any other tasksrequested by Supervisor Communications Director and/or RegionalManaging Director.
