This is a rapidly evolving service which currently supports patients who are eligible for ADHD Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment in Crawley. The post holder will provide Clinical Leadership to the ABC ADHD Service in Crawley, West Sussex.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with other clinicians, providers across the footprint of the service, accommodation providers, and national organisations.
* Work clinically in the service to ensure first‑hand experience of the delivery model.
* Ensure that our clinical services run effectively, safely and provide excellent quality of care, supported by the Head of Service, Lead Nurse, Service Manager & Medical Director, ABC Quality Assurance and People Team.
* Receive regular supervisions on a one-to-one basis including an annual formal appraisal with the line manager. If you are in a patient‑facing role, you will also receive regular Clinical Supervisions with a Clinical Supervisor.
