As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in guiding new clients through the software setup process, ensuring they are equipped for success right from day one. Whether online or onsite, your expertise will help clients maximise the value of the software and achieve their goals swiftly.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be vital in training management and teams to use the software, helping them provide better care and making their daily responsibilities easier.

* Deliver engaging, structured online software training to new users.
* Assess training needs for individuals and groups to tailor learning experiences.
* Provide personalised guidance to users, fostering confidence and competence.
* Monitor trainees' progress, ensuring they acquire essential skills.
* Keep detailed records of training sessions for continuous improvement.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and adapt as needed.
* Identify and resolve irregularities promptly to maintain a smooth onboarding process.
* Develop and update comprehensive self-serve documentation and training materials.
