Job Purpose:
To be a leader primarily for our ?Specials' customers, servicing their needs and working closely with the commercial teams. To be a key decision maker, influence pricing, achieve sales targets and maximise sales opportunities. To lead and motivate a team of Specials Customer Service Coordinators in providing excellent customer.
Must be able to commit to 4 x days per week in the office
What You'll Be Doing
1. Key account management, improve schedule accuracy and resolve invoice disputes.
2. Be responsible for key account reviews with stakeholders.
3. Review customer profiles to identify opportunities to increase sales.
4. Analyse data including sales trends.
5. Collaborating with the commercial teams to promote stocks and increase sales.
6. Work with the Sales & Operational Planning Team to identify schedule changes in line with production and deliver suitable resolutions.
7. Identify areas of improvement and ensure customer compliance.
8. Continuous performance monitoring, KPI reviews.
9. People management, including performance reviews, absence and other personnel matters.
10. Managing workflow of the teams.
11. Coaching and development of the team to improve knowledge and efficiency of staff.
