We are working with a highly regarded law firm in SW London that is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy residential property team.
This role would suit someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing a full caseload independently, from initial instruction through to post-completion.
The Role:
* Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from inception to completion
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, searches, and Land Registry documentation
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Handling post-completion work, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Maintaining accurate case records and updating case management systems
* Assisting with completion statements, invoices, and general administrative support
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload from start to finish
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Good IT literacy and experience using case management systems
* A proactive, professional, and personable approach
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
