As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our financial strategy, helping to bridge the gap between finance and operational teams. What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for operational decision-making.
* Prepare and present management reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvements.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational targets.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on financial data.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
* Support various projects and initiatives as a financial subject matter expert, ensuring robust financial governance.

Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a solid background in finance, particularly in a business partnering role.
* Strong commercial acumen along with a proven ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
* Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, with strong analytical skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel is a must; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in driving business outcomes.
