We are looking for a driven and resilient Service Sales Representative to join our team. This is a proactive, front‑line sales role focused heavily on cold calling and new business development, targeting customers we have not previously engaged with.
You will play a key role in growing our service department by identifying, approaching, and converting new prospects across all Greenhous locations, including Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Tamworth.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Salary
Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively cold call and prospect new customers with no prior relationship to Greenhous.
* Generate and qualify leads for service, maintenance, and aftersales solutions.
* Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities across multiple regions.
* Promote the full range of Greenhous aftersales services.
* Arrange meetings and present tailored service solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within CRM systems.
* Work closely with depot and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Confident, persistent, and comfortable with high‑volume cold calling.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
* Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
* Organised and capable of managing a wide prospect base.
